Unlike my first experience here, this time, the receptionist was very friendly. (I was told I'd get an email for signing into Portal; but didn't). I had minimal waiting time. I met Kelly a PA for an annual physical and she was so thoughtful to my needs. I'll surely be scheduling with her in the future. Great experience!

My recent visit was very pleasant and impressive! I needed some immunization record for a business trip next week. This a short notice thing but Lily the nurse managed to get all done for me very efficiently. She is very patient and thoughtful, the best kind of professional nurse you can image. I wish all healthcare professionals will be like her.

I Recently transferred to Pentucket Medical after close to 30 years with my previous PCP in Boston. The staff at Pentucket Medical are very personable and professional. The facility is very clean, spacious and inviting. Having the lab there is super convenient as well. I have seen 2 different providers so far and couldn’t be more pleased with their care and thoroughness.

Have Hip pain and was sent to express care because my PCP was concerned about a possible blood clot. In fact there was no blood clot and an exray showed arthritis severe in the hip and less so in the back. The entire visit took less than an hour and I was impressed about everything that was done. This is the third time I have been here and each time they have been excellent. Given that I live about a mile away from this facility it is a wonderful resource. Top notch all around. Keep up the good work.

I am pleased with the service if all the staff at PMA. They are always friendly, courteous especially through these times. I am especially thrilled about your NP Emily. She was very attentive to my needs and our conversations were very in depth. She was concerned with everything we discussed and gave great recommendations for any problems I was having. Please make sure she is a part of your staff going forward. Thank you

Dr. Challagullah and the wonderful staff here were nothing if not professional, helpful, and thorough in my new patient intake/physical. There was minimal wait time too, though that was likely since I visited Friday around noon. The facility was easy to find, clean throughout, and structurally-pleasing! I’ve rarely seen medical buildings with any inspiration until my visit. Out of all the new patient experiences with new physicians (I’ve moved a LOT in the last decade), this definitely ranks as my top!

This place is amazing, they are SO GREAT with the kids! Dee the medical assistant is super patient, kind and welcoming! Dr Henry is the perfect fit for our family, she’s attentive and listens to the patient/family! We felt heard and they took their time with all of our questions and concerns! So glad we made the switch and are extremely happy!

The staff was very friendly and thorough. The wait was a little long but they were honest and said they were a doctor short that day. The doctor I did see was very nice and stayed after closing hours with me to discuss the follow care I needed to do as well as print out information for me about my diagnosis. I was over all very pleased with my experience!

We are beyond thrilled with the care the pediatric staff has given to our kids. We’ve seen the majority of the nurse practitioners and we’ve found them to be very kind and thorough. Dr Becky has been such a gift for our family. Her demeanor is open and friendly yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. She puts our concerns and worries at ease without talking down to us or being dismissive. If there is something to be concerned about she does not hesitate to run tests and give referrals. I will always recommend Pentucket Medical Pediatrics.
